1-on-1 Training Sessions

Service Description

These ONE-on-ONE sessions are conducted online or in person and are programmed based on each client's unique goals. If interested, please send an email to to request my Client Intake Form. We will discuss goals, movement history, skill level, etc, prior to purchase to make sure we are a good fit for each other! These sessions are typically less like a yoga / flow class (unless that is your preference) and more like personalized training, focusing on Strengthening targeted areas of weakness or poor patterning, Mobility, and Stretching with Intention. EXAMPLES of Goals : "building strength necessary to hold a handstand away from the wall" -or- "Hamstring Extension + Core Strength to relieve lower back tension and allow more freedom in movement / less chronic back pain" Sessions are up to 90 minutes, and client will receive an informal follow-up document with what we went over in the session / things to work on.
