1-on-1 Training Sessions

Service Description

These ONE-on-ONE sessions are conducted online or in person and are programmed based on each client's unique goals. If interested, please send an email to cecilysmithyoga@gmail.com to request my Client Intake Form. We will discuss goals, movement history, skill level, etc, prior to purchase to make sure we are a good fit for each other! These sessions are typically less like a yoga / flow class (unless that is your preference) and more like personalized training, focusing on Strengthening targeted areas of weakness or poor patterning, Mobility, and Stretching with Intention. EXAMPLES of Goals : "building strength necessary to hold a handstand away from the wall" -or- "Hamstring Extension + Core Strength to relieve lower back tension and allow more freedom in movement / less chronic back pain" Sessions are up to 90 minutes, and client will receive an informal follow-up document with what we went over in the session / things to work on.
